FAQ

Windows says "Windows protected your PC" when I launch it.
That's SmartScreen being cautious about a new indie game. Click More info, then Run anyway.

The game runs slowly.
Open Options and set Graphics to Sharp or Classic. Classic turns off shadows and renders at a lower resolution.

Does it support controllers?
Yes. Plug in an Xbox-style controller before or during play; button prompts switch automatically.

My achievements aren't unlocking.
Achievements need the Epic Games Store version, launched from the Epic Games Launcher while online. Progress you already made counts: they unlock the next time you play.

Where are my saves?
In %APPDATA%\EmeraldBurst. Paste that into the File Explorer address bar to open the folder.

How do I play fullscreen?
Options > Fullscreen.

Can I skip the cutscenes?
Press Esc (or Start) during a cutscene.
