Emerald Burst End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and ZotixSoft LLC ("we"). By installing or playing Emerald Burst ("the Game"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

2. What you can't do

• Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or its files
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the Game's assets (art, music, characters) in other products without permission

Streaming, recording and sharing videos of the Game (including monetized videos) is welcome.

3. Ownership

The Game, including its code, art, characters, story and music, is owned by ZotixSoft and protected by copyright law. This license doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

4. Your data

5. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or run on every system.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZotixSoft isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages from using the Game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break these terms. You can end it anytime by uninstalling the Game.

8. Store terms

If you got the Game through a store (such as the Epic Games Store or itch.io), that store's terms also apply to your purchase.
